RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Your satisfaction is important to us. We do not offer refunds, but we can offer store credit on items returned within 10 days of delivery. Items returned for store credit must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-576-8810 to inquire about the return process.
- All sale merchandise, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale.
- Note: Tenzabelle products are individually handmade and some contain vintage materials and rough-cut gemstones, meaning each item varies slightly from the next. Please allow for slight variations in color and shape from the pieces shown in our product photos.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: TENZABELLE 3003 W 11TH Ave. #234 Eugene, OR 97402
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- ALL CUSTOM JEWELRY AND DESIGNS ARE FINAL SALE. THEY ARE NON-RETURNABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Custom rings can be resized for free up to 60 days from day of delivery. Client is responsible for shipping charges for re-sizing.
- All custom jewelry orders are shipped fully insured via USPS Priority Express with a signature required, unless otherwise requested. Shipping is included in the price of your custom order.
